     Most recently, Mayflower Village and Bullocks Point Village (shown below), both developed and managed by The Simon Companies, were honored by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.  In ceremonies held in our nation’s capital, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development presented The Simon Companies with Secretary’s Commendations.

     Over the past 40 years, The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, The New Hampshire Housing Finance Agency, The Rhode Island Housing Finance Agency and The New England Affordable Housing Management Association have each recognized and bestowed honors upon The Simon Companies for its consistently high level of performance.
