Welcome! Bullocks Point Townhomes is seeking a full time Porter/Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team.

Job duties will include:

• Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. Empties trash receptacles.
• Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areas
• Duties may include the use of a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, painting, and assisting maintenance team members as needed.

Must have:

• Positive attitude and ready to work
• Ability to work weekend hours, if required
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
