The Simon Companies (www.simoncompanies.com) is hiring an Experienced and Motivated Residential Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our Quincy apartment communities.

Our goal is to have the best-in-class apartment community in the area! This is a hands-on position responsible for overall care and maintenance of the community. Oversees maintenance department from the staff to preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, construction projects and customer service.

The Maintenance Supervisor should be capable of managing numerous teammates and vendors through effective prioritizing, scheduling, and oversight. The right candidate will be pro-active.

Experience in the following desired:

– 3+ years Prior Property Management experience is required.

– Inventory management and cost-conscious decision making.

– Project management and capital improvement experience.

– Carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and electrical experience

– Property upkeep and maintenance of exterior and interiors of buildings.

Computer skills, excellent organization, and professional demeanor are needed. Ability to consistently climb stairs, lift heavy objects, and work in tight spaces required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
