The Simon Companies is hiring an experienced and motivated Residential Maintenance Technician at Bayside Village (www.baysidevillageapts.com), a 111-unit Section 8 apartment community. Focus on preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, construction projects and customer service.
Experience in the following required:
– Property Management experience is required.
– Basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and electrical.
– Property upkeep and maintenance of exterior and interiors of buildings.
Basic computer skills, excellent organization skills, and professional demeanor are needed. Must live within 30 minutes drive and participate in rotating On-Call (paid overtime) every 2-3 weeks. Ability to consistently climb stairs, lift heavy objects, and work in tight spaces required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
