John Parda is a Regional Manager for The Simon Companies, responsible for the operational success of a portfolio of residential properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

He joined The Simon Companies in 2013 and has more than 18 years of experience in real estate and property management of all property types.

John is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) & Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is an active member of IREM since 2009 and currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Boston chapter.

He is also a member of the National Center for Housing Management (NHCM) where he earned his Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation.

John is a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Broker and longstanding member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as well as numerous other local & national trade organizations.

Prior to his dedication to real estate management his range of experience includes working in the construction industry, pharmaceutical industry and contract manufacturing.

John attended Salem State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
