John Snyder joined The Simon Companies in 2000 as a principal. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he oversees all corporate operations of the company, including investments, finance, legal, property management, development and acquisitions.

Prior to his current position, he served as a Director and Partner in the corporate and business law department of a Boston-based law firm specializing in general business and real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of sophisticated real estate and corporate finance transactions, and representation of privately held businesses.

Mr. Snyder has achieved numerous designations and served in various leadership positions in the business, legal, charitable and educational communities. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and his JD from Cornell Law School.
