Tony Susi is the Regional Director for The Simon Companies, responsible for the operational success of a residential and commercial portfolio within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island in addition to management oversite of The Simon Companies operations team.

Tony has over 15 years of property management experience within multiple asset classes and types including multi-family, commercial, condominium, mixed use, and retail. Tony is an Officer on the Executive Board, currently holding the position of Treasurer of the Boston Chapter of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager ARM certification.

Tony holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License and Real Estate License.

Tony received his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.
