Warren Lizio is a Regional Director of Property Management for The Simon Companies, responsible for the operational success of a portfolio of residential properties in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition, he assists company leadership with strategic decisions related to financing, asset repositioning, and asset management. Warren also oversees the development and administration of the technology platform for the Company.

Prior to joining The Simon Companies, Warren worked in commercial underwriting, development, and public planning. He attended Boston University, UMass Amherst, And Boston College Highschool.
